The Extension Foundation leverages Fellowships to investigate system-wide challenges, identify solutions, and build the capacity and expand the portfolio of the Cooperative Extension System’s work. Fellows typically serve for 6-12 months and create a pathway for new work in high-priority topic areas, and disseminate their findings to be used across the Cooperative Extension System.
